However, if you can't make it to the restaurant, the meats, sauces, and seasonings can be shipped nationwide.

Brisket

The brisket was amazing!! It was moist and fell apart. Pairing it with the BBQ sauce, a baked potato, and a corn on the cob was definitely the right choice.

Banana Pudding

I'm a banana pudding freak!! I try it everywhere I can. Hard Eight's is GOOOOOOD!! Some of the best I've had! It's super creamy and has just the right amount of banana without being overwhelming…yum!

This is the second time that I have used Hard Eight for catering a small business meeting and the food has been very good and the timing of delivery was right on the time that they promised. They do a great job with catering and I highly recommend them for any catering event.
